Why do you ride: For the freedom and challenge
What/who started you racing: James McAllister had this crazy idea to take a kid from a skate park in Michigan to race the fastest names in mountain biking… It was all history from there.

Strength: Being well rounded

Weakness: Feeling like every run has to be perfect or it’s a failure.
Most important people in your life and career: My mother, Grandfather and James McAllister.
Racing since: 2014
Professional since: 2015
Best part of racing: When things go right and it feels effortless
Hardest part: When it all falls apart and there is nothing to show for your efforts.
Worst moment in career: First World Cup in Mont-Sainte-Anne (CAN) in 2015, crashing twice in my run and not qualifying for finals.
Best moment in career: Winning the Crankworx Pro Dual Slalom in 2015
General career goals: Be at the top of the results list at a World Cup.
Favourite food: Tacos
Favourite reading: I listen to quite a few audiobooks on my training rides
Favourite music: Indie Rock
Best idea of having a good time: A freshly prepped Motocross track!
Favourite place to travel to: Anywhere I haven’t ridden my bike before, I love riding new places.
Most respected mountain bike riders: Sam Hill
Other most respected athletes: Ricky Carmichael, Ryan Dungey

Favourite riding spots and courses: Mont-Sainte-Anne for racing, and Whistler for riding in general.
Advice to beginners: Ride everything. It's only going to make you better!
Other sports: Anything with two wheels
Other interests: Race shop builds and Espresso shots
If I was not a professional mountain biker….. I’d probably be going to the motocross track on the weekends and swinging a shovel at the trails during the week.

Objectives for 2022:

  • Consistency
  • Keeping a single digit number plate
  • Being in the mix every weekend in all conditions
